Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience.
• 3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
• Diploma completion required
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• 12 months between Staff at Program: SimpliFi Program - MultiCare Health System

Required Skills/Experience: L&D RN: High acuity experience: labor management and delivery of high risk OB patients, ability to triage OB patients, circulate in OR, cervical checks, reading/interpreting fetal monitoring strips; second set of hands (receive and recover normal newborn as needed).
Preferred Skills/Experience: 5 years of unit experience.
Floating Requirements: Antepartum (within L & D) , postpartum (4th floor) (occasionally), additional assignments within scope and experience
