Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 48 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience within the past 3 years.
• Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.
• Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed.
• COVID vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
If you have a multistate/compact nursing license, you will be required to complete a one time 6 hour suicide prevention training according to the WA state regulations. (Nursing positions only)
Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.
Must be able to start within 3 weeks of requested start date. ASAP start dates are required to start within 6 weeks.
Required Skills/Experience: Circulating Required, postpartum Experience, Wants someone with recent high volume deliveries - close to 2500 delivery experience (yearly they do 45-4700 deliveries)
Shift & Scheduling: Duration: 10-13 weeks Shift: 12N - 36 or 48 hours
Floating Requirements: PP, Peds unit (mostly babies), Level 3B NICU (with low acuity infant)
5 days maximum time off
2 references from any number of months (Any reference type) - required for submission
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• Intermediate AWHONN FHM (Intermediate Fetal Heart Monitoring)
• Advanced AWHONN FHM (Advanced Fetal Heart Monitoring)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition)
