Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience with 12 months within the past 3 years.
• Experience with OBIX is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Nebraska license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• 12 months between Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (Midwest) CommonSpirit Health
• 12 months between Per Diem at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (Midwest) CommonSpirit Health

Required Credentials:

Shift & Scheduling:
• 2 extra shifts in 6 weeks.
• Weekend Requirement: Every 3rd Weekend.
• Holiday Requirement: Every 3rd Holiday.
• Call or standby requirement: Staff placed on call if not needed. Must be avaiable within 30 minutes if placed on call.
Floating Requirements: LDRP/Nursery Position, which works on L&D and Postpartum routinely and could float to NICU to task. Could float to house to sit or task.
Facility holidays: 11/27/2025, 12/25/2025, 01/01/2026. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 14 days

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition)
