Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Preferred 24 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Indiana license or compact license (required for submission).
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• 6 months between Staff at Program: Ascension Health Resource and Supply Management Group, LLC (Direct) - North

Additional Details:
In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on drivers license.
Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/TDAP declinations.
Shift & Scheduling: All jobs with a 12 hour schedule have the option of a 36 or 48 hour work week. No Block Scheduling.
Required Credentials: Driver License is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license.
Unit/Facility Details: Level 1, 3 bed LDRP, 1 Triage, and 4 Overflow PP rooms.
Previous Employment Requirements: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.
7 days maximum time off
2 references from any number of months (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission
Driver’s license required for submission
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 9th Edition) or the alternative certification NRP (American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), American Heart Association (AHA))
