Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Preferred 36 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience.
• 3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license (required for submission).
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Unit/Facility Details: Patient Ratio Experience: 1:depends on staus in labor, and PP.
Special Requests: Holiday RTO, or RTO longer than 7 days, will only be considered for very hard to fill positions, and must be approved by the client. Blocked Scheduling: Blocked scheduling will not be accommodated. Please do not submit travelers who have this as a dealbreaker for them.
Shift & Scheduling: Weekend requirement: 4 days per 4 weeks. Weekend Coverage: Every Other
Floating Requirements: Floating required if there is need in hospital.
7 days maximum time off
1 reference from last 2 years (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission
