Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience.
• 3 months of travel experience is required from last 12 months.
• 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Iowa license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: 2 years current L&D in hospital setting including OR experience. C-section/vaginal delivery experience including triage.
Unit/Facility Details: Blind offer potential. Please pre-screen clinician(s) to accept offer without interview.
Types of Patients on Unit: C-sections, vaginal deliveries, Triage.
Shift & Scheduling: Call: none; Every 3rd weekend including holiday rotation if scheduled. Weekend Requirements: Every 3rd weekend including holiday rotation if scheduled.
2025 Holidays:
Winter holidays: Required to work 2 of 3 (Christmas, New Years, or Thanksgiving) Limit of 1 day request off between 11/26/25-11/30/25 and 12/23/25-1/2/26 for all travelers regardless of holidays worked.
Floating Requirements: Traveler will be required to float across all campuses; Iowa Methodist MC, Iowa Lutheran & Iowa Methodist. May float to MB/PP.
7 days maximum time off
2 references from last 2 years (Any reference type) - required for submission

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
