Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience.
• Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a New York license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• 12 months between Staff at Program: Arnot Health (Direct)
• 12 months between Part-Time at Program: Arnot Health (Direct)
• 12 months between Per Diem at Program: Arnot Health (Direct)

Additional Details:
Required Credentials: Driver’s License/State ID req after sub
Unit/Facility Details: Will not be required to be in charge or precep
Shift & Scheduling: This is a rotation schedule - day/nights, primarily nights. Majority of shifts will be on nights. There may be times where days are needed but will not be placed on both in one week with discussing first.
Floating Requirements: Must be willing to float to med/surg to sit for safety sitter patients if not needed on L&D/OB.
7 days maximum time off
2 references from last 3 years (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission

Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition) or the alternative certification STABLE
