Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience.
• Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Massachusetts license (required after submission).
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <75 miles from facility will be processed as local.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: 2 recent yrs of L&D RN exp and OR circulator experience. CNM exp will not be considered.
Must be able to independently read & interpret telemetry strips. Must be able to pass telemetry test Day 1 w/ 85%+.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Experience in high risk obstetrics preferred.
Required Credentials: All lessons have to be completed on NRP and must not expire during proposed assignment. Evidence of completing Intermediate or Advanced Fetal Monitoring course, preferably AWHONN.
Preferred Credentials: Dysrhythmia/Telemetry interpretation Course
Unit/Facility Details: Dept Details: 9 labor rooms, 2 operating and recovery rooms, 5 triage rooms. Approx. 3000 deliveries/year.
BMC does not have telemetry technicians. Candidates are required to take and pass an advanced Dysrhythmia exam after an offer is extended and before accepting. 3 attempts to pass. Passing score is an 80% or the minimum of the angoff score. Will accept a previously completed exam if it’s within 1 year of start date. Will also take a tele test day 1 of orientation.
Special Requests: Prefer 1 reference from last travel assignment. Supervisor title not accepted.
Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend
Every other holiday.
7 days maximum time off
2 references from last 2 years (Any reference type) - 1 required for submission
