Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 10 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Tennessee license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units

Required Skills/Experience: Experience in OB Assist OR experience
Charge or preceptor may be required and will be reflected on the HCP’s timesheet
Required Credentials: Compliance clearance is required 10 days prior to orientation
Unit/Facility Details: LDRP Unit under the Womens Services Department
Shift & Scheduling: Start Dates: Monday
7 days maximum time off
1 reference from last 2 years (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
1 reference from last 2 years (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission

Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
• STABLE (Sugar, Temperature, Airway. Blood Pressure, Lab work and Emotional Support)
• Advanced AWHONN FHM (Advanced Fetal Heart Monitoring)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition)
• CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) or the alternative certification MAB
