Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience.
• Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
• Experience with Pyxis is preferred from any number of months.
• Trauma Level 1 experience is preferred from any number of months
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Arkansas license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >100 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Flu Vaccine: Medical declination is only accepted for anaphylactic shock.
Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Oxytocin, Magnesium Sulfate, Insulin Infusions and well as other medication.
Types of Patients on Unit: High Risk OB patients, newborn stabilization, antepartum, post-partum Age Range: 12-50.
Equipment Used on Unit: Alaris Pumps, Epidural pumps, SCDs, fetal monitor, infant warmer.
Technology Used on Unit: Documentation System: EPIC Medication System: Pyxis.
Unit/Facility Details: Will circulate C-sections. 14 bed LDR with 4 bed triage, 3 bed PACU and 3 ORs.
Special Requests: Self-Scheduling no, request will try to be accommodated.
Shift & Scheduling: No call. Rotating weekends and holidays. Scheduling: Shift Hours: 0630-1900 or 1830-0700 Rotation Schedule: Up to every other weekend, as needed.
Floating Requirements: Post-Partum/Antepartum
7 days maximum time off
2 references from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
