School LPN Position: Mon - Fri 7:15am - 3:15pm

Compensation: $33/hr.

LPN Job Responsibilities:

Provide a medically safe environment for learning and peer interaction.
Follow behavioral plan, as needed.
Work with other school staff, therapists, & teachers to follow daily schedules and transition from one activity to another.
Assess and document patient conditions and report changes, as needed.
Accompany child on outings or bus rides, as required.

Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program and active LPN License in WV.
CPR Certification
Knowledge of any state and federal healthcare laws and regulations.
Demonstrates clinical proficiency, critical thinking skills, good communication, and compassionate.
