Experience:
• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• COVID booster required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Required Skills/Experience:
Required Credentials: Clinician must take and pass dysrhythmia exam within two attempts prior to signing contract. If clinician fails to score 80% in two attempts, then they will be DNU for CS AZ and Sacramento for 6 months.

Previous Employment Requirements: Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity within the past year. Cannot have worked perm at another CommonSpirit facility within the last 12 months.
