About the Role:
Responsible for management of LifeBridge Health’s Medicaid Advocacy Program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling- Responsible for appropriate staff coverage
- Supervises Department- Oversees Medicaid Patient Advocates
- Reports-Produces reports to monitor Medicaid and Financial Assistance activity and performance. Produces productivity and quality reports
- Performance-Ensures staff meet quality and productivity performance goals as defined by department.. Ensures the performance metrics are reached.
- Teamwork-Demonstrates a commitment to development in the Patient Financial Services functions. Participates as a team member in identifying and resolving problems.
Requirements:

Education: Associate's degree preferred

Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience, Maryland Health Benefit Exchange-Certified Application Counselor
