About the Role:
Performs a variety of administrative and clerical duties to proactively identify and respond to the needs of the patients, medical office staff and physicians
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for Messge Center/emails.
- Reponsible for Pre-visit planning(scheduling, revenue cycle, referrals).
- Takes care of faxes, scanning
- Telehealth check outs, schedule follow up appointments, email discharge summary, document
- Process Schedule changes
REQUIREMENTS:

Education: HS Diploma/GED preferred

Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience
Salary range $18 to $22/hour dependent on relevant experience and internal equity
REQUIREMENTS: Entry level knowledge; basic employment skills; High School Diploma, GED equivalent or High School Certificate. 3-5 years of experience.
