Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Experience:
• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience.
• 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Arkansas license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• 12 months between Staff at Program: HealthTrust Program - Mercy (MO)
• 12 months between Per Diem at Program: HealthTrust Program - Mercy (MO)

Required Skills/Experience: : Critical Care
Required Credentials: To ensure patient safety it is mandatory that all licensed co-workers who provide direct patient care pass a medication and math competency test before assuming medication administration responsibilities. This exam will cover knowledge of the actions and side effects of commonly used drugs along with math regarding correct dosages and IV problems. The passing grade on this exam is 90% and it may be repeated one time. Failure to pass the retake may result in termination of employment.
Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Hours: Every other weekend
Floating Requirements: float to stepdown & med surg
5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 01/01/2025, 05/26/2025, 07/04/2025, 09/01/2025, 11/27/2025, 12/25/2025, 12/31/2025. Number of holidays allowed off: 1
