Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates cannot live in the following counties: Albany County, NY, USA; Columbia County, NY, USA; Dutchess County, NY, USA; Fulton County, NY, USA; Greene County, NY; Montgomery County, NY, USA; Rensselaer County, NY, USA; Saratoga, NY, USA, Saratoga, NY; Schenectady County, NY, USA; Ulster County, NY, USA; Warren County, NY, USA; Washington County, NY.

• Flu vaccination required for submission. Medical declinations accepted.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone who worked as Per Diem at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills and Experience: Must hold current New York State registration or possess a limited permit to practice in the State of New York and be registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).

Shift & Scheduling Requirements: Weekends once a month. Rotating Holidays. Call commitment is 1 week night and 1 weekend a month

10 days maximum time off

1 Manager reference required from within the last 12 months

• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
