Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 36 months of Intensive Care Unit experience with 12 months within the past 3 years.
• Travel experience is required from any number of months.
• Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• 12 months between Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (TX) CommonSpirit Health
• 12 months between Per Diem at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (TX) CommonSpirit Health

Required Skills/Experience:
• Annual Skills Checklist is required for submission and can’t expire during the expected contract dates.
• The required CLABSi, HAPI, CAUTI documentation and flexibility of changing assignment depending on acuity.
• Have worked in a very busy hospital in the past.
• Current experience in a high acuity ICU.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Current CRRT w/ NxStage device
Required Credentials:
• Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
Unit/Facility Details: Daily Parking is $15+/day. Multiple options for on/off campus garages and lots ranging from $95 - $120 with monthly pass.
Shift & Scheduling:
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
•Holidays are required.
• Call or standby requirement: No
Floating Requirements: Critical care and PCU
7 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/27/2025, 12/25/2025, 01/01/2026. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 14 days. Maximum consecutive days off: 5
