Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience:
• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Medical Surgical Float Pool experience.
• 3 months of travel experience is required within the last 12 months.
• 3 months of Epic experience is required.
• 3 months of Trauma Level 1 facility is required within the last 12 months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Florida license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• No current placement allowed at Program: Cross Country Program - UF Health.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Med/Surg Float RN. Within the last 12 months, must have completed at least one assignment at: - Preferably an academic medical institution, or - At minimum, a Level 1 trauma facility in a major metropolitan area.
Special Requests: Block scheduling cannot be guaranteed. No RTO allowed during the first 2 weeks of any new assignment.
Shift & Scheduling: Maximum of 8 days RTO for a 13-week contract.
Floating Requirements: Float among Med Surg units.
8 days maximum time off. Start assignment restriction: 14 days
1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
