Shift: 5:30 PM - 6:00 AM

Experience:

• 36 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 36 months of Medical Surgical Float Pool experience.

• 3 months of travel experience is required.

• 3 months of Epic experience is required within the last 12 months.

• ADN completion required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Staffency Program - ThedaCare and no current placement allowed at Program: Staffency Program - ThedaCare.

Additional Details:

An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.

Required Skills/Experience: - Experience with pre-post cath, post pacemaker, and TR Bands required.

Special Requests: - Candidates with NP licensure will only be considered for NP roles, not lower RN positions. - Any missed shift must be made up within 2 weeks of the absence.

Unit Details: - Primary cases include Med/Surg and COVID. - Pediatric patients are rare. - Patient ratios: 1:5-6 ratio (Days & Nights for new staffing model); RNs are paired with support staff (LPN/CNA) based on acuity.

Shift & Scheduling: - Weekend rotation as needed and could be every weekend to every other weekend depending on unit need. - Holidays as needed. - No call.

Floating Requirements: - May float throughout the facility within skillset and to other ThedaCare facilities.

9 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 3 years

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

Proof of identification required
