Shift: 5:30 PM - 6:00 AM
Experience:
• 36 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 3 months of Medical Surgical Float Pool experience.
• Travel experience is preferred.
• 3 months of Epic experience is required within the last 2 years.
• ADN completion required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Staffency Program - ThedaCare and no current placement allowed at Program: Staffency Program - ThedaCare.

Additional Details:
An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.
Special Requests: - Candidates with NP licensure will only be considered for NP roles, not lower positions. - Any missed shift must be made up within 2 weeks of the absence.
Unit Details: - Primary cases include CHF, COPD, pneumonia, sepsis, CIWA, and cellulitis, with potential for wound management, pulmonary interventions, neuro checks, chest tubes, cardiac dysrhythmias, and stable drips. - Patient ratios: Days 1:4-5; Nights 1:4-6 (current). Days & Nights 1:5-6 with new staffing model teaming with CNA/LPN.
Shift & Scheduling: - Up to every other weekend. - Holiday rotation, as needed. - No call.
Floating Requirements: - Float throughout the facility within skill set and to all ThedaCare facilities.
9 days maximum time off
1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 3 years
1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
Proof of identification required
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
