Medical Surgical Float Pool - Travel Registered Nurse- $2620 per week.

Shift: 5:45 PM - 6:15 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 2 years of Medical Surgical Float Pool experience.

• Experience with CPSI is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Alaska license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Local & travel allowed.

• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Special Requests: Housing is provided and paid for by CCMC. Housing may be shared or private, depending on availability. Pets are not allowed in provided housing. Provided housing is within a half mile of the hospital and town amenities.

Unit Details: Uses Evident.

Shift & Scheduling: Training starts December 3, 2026; floor start is December 10, 2026. Holiday coverage is required.

Floating Requirements: Float assignment covers the Med-Surg floor, with possible ED coverage if needed.

14 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

Proof of identification required

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)

• TNCC (Trauma Nurse Core Course)
