Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical Float Pool experience.
• Experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Hawaii license (required after submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• COVID booster required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Unit/Facility Details: Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept: Medical - 77; Laulima (surgical Acute) - 18; Cardiovascular Unit - 15. Medical 1:6 for days and eves, 1:8 for nights, Laulima 1:6, Cardiovascular 1:4, Ratio may vary due to unexpected leaves.
Shift & Scheduling: 12-hour shifts - Days (0645 to 1915). Holiday Coverage Required: yes.
Floating Requirements: Floats between various medical and surgical units. Medical Unit; Laulima Unit; Cardiovascular Unit (on rare occasions).
7 days maximum time off
1 reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
Driver’s license required
