Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical Intensive Care Unit experience with any experience within the last 36 months (3 years).

• Experience with Epic is required.

• Trauma Level 1 experience is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - University of Wisconsin Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - University of Wisconsin Health.

Additional Details:

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience: - Medical, surgical, and trauma ICU experience required.

Preferred Skills/Experience: - Teaching hospital experience is preferred.

Unit Details: - Adult and geriatric patient population. - ICU caring for critically ill surgical, medical, and trauma patients in a Level One Trauma Center. - Patient population includes respiratory cases (ARDS, ECMO), post-code care, sepsis, GI bleeds, post-op management, liver transplant, vascular surgery, and trauma. - Uses advanced life support therapies including ECMO and continuous dialysis. - Team serves as emergency responders throughout the hospital. - Academic medical center environment with evidence-based therapies and research involvement.

Shift & Scheduling: - Every other weekend rotation and some holidays. - Will consider 4x12s.

14 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months

Proof of identification required
