Medical Surgical Intensive Care Unit - Travel Registered Nurse- $3800 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience:
• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 2 years of Medical Surgical Intensive Care Unit experience.
• 12 months of travel experience is required.
• 3 months of Epic experience is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Massachusetts license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Declinations not accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Required Skills/Experience: 2yrs. of continuous MICU experience required. 2+ years of continuous work experience in one location, preferably a MICU. Must be able to read tele strips. Telemetry competency required.
Unit Details: Adult patient population includes substance abuse/overdose, severe psychiatric conditions, DKA, sepsis, GI bleed, respiratory failure, cardiac arrest, renal failure, and cardiogenic shock.
Shift & Scheduling: Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week. Every other weekend. Rotating shifts are not required.
Floating Requirements: Floating is required, mostly to Medical/Surgical units, and could involve up to 4 or 5 patients; the RN-to-patient ratio is 1:4 or 1:5 when floated to other Medical/Surgical areas.
14 days maximum time off
1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years
