Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Medical Surgical Intensive Care Unit experience with 1 months worked in the last 12 months.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• COVID booster required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• No current placement allowed at Program: Staffency Program - Aspirus.

Additional Details:
An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.
Required Skills/Experience:
• 2 years of MedSurg and ICU experience.
• Must have strong Neuro experience
Required Credentials: Associate Degree or Certificate
Shift & Scheduling:
• On Call/Call Back Requirements: Picking up call permitted, not required. Response time (if picking up call): 1 hour. Can be low censused and put on call. Call back minimum is 2 hours
• Weekend/Holiday Requirements: Every other weekend and holiday rotation
Floating Requirements: Float Requirements: will float between MS ICU and Neuro ICU units- possible float to other critical care units and other inpatient units as needed.
9 days maximum time off
1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 3 years
1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
Proof of identification required

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
• CCRN (Critical Care Registered Nurse)
