Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical Oncology experience with 6 months within the last 6 months.

• 3 months of Cerner experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

Required Skills/Experience: Must have unit/specialty experience in the past 6 months.

Unit Details: High patient turnover unit. Post-op colorectal, urological, bariatric, hepatobiliary, hysterectomy, and breast reconstruction cases; chemo/oncology patients. Uses PCAs; CPAP and high flow for palliative care patients only. May admit appropriate patients to hall/overflow space and prepare rooms for double occupancy.

Shift & Scheduling: Self-scheduling. 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule period. Holiday rotation schedule. Standby required, monitored by central staffing.

Floating Requirements: First to float. Float to other med/surg/tele units; must have telemetry experience.
