Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 12 months of Medical Surgical Oncology experience.
• 3 months of travel experience is required within the last 12 months.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Iowa license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• No current placement allowed at Program: TrioWFS Program - UnityPoint Health.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience:
• 12 months of Oncology experience in a hospital or medical center setting
• Experience with Infusaport Access
Preferred Skills/Experience:
• Med Surgical experience due to floating.
• Should have some degree of recent chemo experience.
Shift & Scheduling:
• Weekend Requirement: Every 4th
• On Call Requirement: None
• Holiday Requirement: Holiday rotation
• Holiday update: unless the Unit is closed, your contractor is required to work 1-2 of 3 upcoming Summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)
Floating Requirements: Traveler will be required to float across campuses; Iowa Methodist MC, Iowa Lutheran.
7 days maximum time off
2 references required from within the last 2 years
Driver’s license required for submission
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ONS (Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider) or the alternative certification OCN (Oncology Nursing Certification Corporation)
