Medical Surgical - Orthopedic Unit - Travel Registered Nurse- $2210 per week.

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 2 years of Medical Surgical - Orthopedic Unit experience.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

• Trauma Level 1 experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a New York license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 24 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Special Requests: Parking is not provided - this will be an out-of-pocket expense. Parking pass costs $6.00 for 1 day (parking garage), $37.00 by the month, or $111.00 per 13-week contract. Credit card payments only. Travel pairs requiring the same schedule are not accepted. No special requests.

Shift & Scheduling: No straight day shifts. Rotating day/evening/night shift schedules. Weekend and holiday coverage, on-call, and callback may be required per unit needs.

Floating Requirements: Floating is based on unit needs.

Unit Details: The unit specializes in orthopedic trauma, spinal surgery, and other elective orthopedic surgical diagnoses. Charge responsibilities may be required per unit needs.

Required Skills/Experience: Telemetry experience required.

7 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required

Driver’s license required for submission
