Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 2 years of Medical Surgical - Orthopedic Unit experience with any experience within the last 36 months (3 years).
• Experience with Epic is required.
• Trauma Level 2 experience is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: At least 2 years of MS/T experience required.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Epic experience within the past 12 months preferred. Previous Charge Experience: Preferred Level I trauma experience preferred.
Special Requests: You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Unit Details: Adult orthopedic trauma patient population; hip and knee replacements are performed at EMH, and the unit frequently takes neurosurgery overflow. Patient care includes heparin drips, insulin drips, peripheral nerve catheters, epidurals, and PCAs. Work with a dynamic interdisciplinary orthopedic team to systematically and continuously collect and assess data to provide therapeutic care with the patient and/or family. The team uses evidence-based care and technology.
Shift & Scheduling: Every third weekend rotation and holidays are required.

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
