Medical Surgical - Orthopedic Unit - Travel Registered Nurse- $2450 per week.

Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 2 years of Medical Surgical - Orthopedic Unit experience with any experience within the last 12 months.

• Experience with Cerner is preferred.

• 12 months of acute care experience.

• ADN completion required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Michigan license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: 2+ years of adult experience required.

Preferred Skills/Experience: 2+ years of pediatric experience preferred.

Unit Details: Common diagnoses and treatment include trauma, post-operative orthopedic/neuro care, and general pediatric care. Patient population includes all ages over 28 days. Uses Paragon as an EHR.

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend requirement: 3 weekends every 6 weeks. No call.

Floating Requirements: Floats to inpatient units.

14 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years

Driver’s license required
