Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical - Orthopedic Unit experience with 6 months within the past 6 months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Maine license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Medical declinations accepted.
• 12 months between Staff at Program: HealthTrust Program - Central Maine Healthcare

Total Hip, total knee, total shoulder, hip fracture, spine surgery, trauma surgery, General medical/surgical overflow
Common meds: Hydromorphone PCA, Epidurals
High volume discharges and admissions daily.
Types of Patients on Unit: Adult, Geriatric
Equipment Used on Unit: Baxter IV pumps, SIGMA Spectrum Infusion System
Technology Used on Unit: Cerner
Unit/Facility Details: 190 beds
Shift & Scheduling:
Weekend Hours: Every other weekend required
Call Requirements: None
Floating Requirements: Float to all sister units
7 days maximum time off
1 reference from last 2 years (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
Proof of identification required for submission
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
