Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Medical Surgical - Orthopedic Unit experience worked in the last 6 months.
• 3 months of travel experience is required within the last 12 months.
• Experience with Epic is required within the last 12 months.
• ADN completion required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a North Carolina license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Staffency Program - UNC Health - Pardee and no current placement allowed at Program: Staffency Program - UNC Health - Pardee.
• 12 months gap required between for Part-Time at Program: Staffency Program - UNC Health - Pardee and no current placement allowed at Program: Staffency Program - UNC Health - Pardee.
• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Staffency Program - UNC Health - Pardee and no current placement allowed at Program: Staffency Program - UNC Health - Pardee.

Every Other Holiday
Floating Requirement: Float to MSO and PCU as needed
9 days maximum time off
1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 3 years
1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
Proof of identification required
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
