Shift: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Medical Surgical - Orthopedic Unit experience.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Indiana license or compact license (required for submission).
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Ascension Health Resource and Supply Management Group, LLC (Direct) - Main and no current placement allowed at Program: Ascension Health Resource and Supply Management Group, LLC (Direct) - Main.

Additional Details:
To receive travel rate, claimed residence must match address on driver’s license. Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/Tdap declinations.
Required Credentials: Driver’s license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. Ascension Pharmacology 1 or 2 exam required prior to start; minimum 80% score; only 2 attempts allowed. Ascension Medical Surgical Exam required prior to start; minimum 80% score; only 2 attempts allowed. Ascension Core Competencies required; minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score; only 2 attempts allowed. Ascension EKG Exam required; minimum 80% score; only 2 attempts allowed.
Special Requests: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates must have at least 6 months of employment separation to be considered for a travel position.
Unit Details: Postoperative adult patients recovering from orthopedic, total joint replacement, podiatry, and spine surgeries. Length of stay depends on surgery performed and discharge needs.
Shift & Scheduling: Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week for 12-hour schedules.
