Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Experience:
• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Medical Surgical - Orthopedic Unit experience with 9 months worked in the last 12 months.
• Experience with Sunrise is preferred.
• 9 months of acute care experience within the last 12 months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a New Hampshire license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• No current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - HCA - Capital Division.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: - Med/Surg telemetry skillset: head-to-toe assessment; orthopedic care knowledge; IV medication administration including management of Lasix drip, heparin drip, IV push metoprolol, diltiazem, and insulin IV or subQ; wound care including drain management and vacs; NGT/G-tube care and parenteral nutrition; central line management including PICC, HD catheter, and midlines; Foley, nephrostomy, and suprapubic catheter care; ostomy care; postoperative patient care
Preferred Skills/Experience: - HCA knowledge is a plus
Unit Details: - Equipment used on the unit includes Hoyer lift, automated blood pressure machines, bladder scanner, remote telemetry monitoring, and vein finder - Participation in daily MDRs on day shift Monday-Friday at 10:30-11:15
Shift & Scheduling: - Every other weekend; 12-hour shifts preferred
Floating Requirements: - Floats to like MST units (D1, F2) - Float pool first, then travelers generally float first

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
