Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
Experience:
• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical - Orthopedic Unit experience.
• Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Nevada license (required after submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >60 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• No previous experience allowed for Staff at Program: HealthTrust Program - Renown Health and no current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - Renown Health.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: - Med Surg unit with orthopedic and neurosurgery specialty. Types of patients: total joint replacements (hip, knee, shoulder, ankles), ortho-spine surgeries, elective cervical surgeries, elective lumbar surgeries, elective thoracic surgeries, fractures, traumas, limb preservation, I&D of wounds, and medical overflow patients, including legal holds/SI.
Preferred Skills/Experience: - Ortho experience strongly preferred.
Shift & Scheduling: - Call Requirements: None. - May be required to work major holidays and pick up one additional shift during schedule period. - Schedule varies based upon department needs. Schedule can include weekends, holidays, and some call shifts. - Travelers must work 2 of the 3 major holidays. Eve + Day = 1 holiday.
Floating Requirements: - Travelers may be required to float to the needs of the organization up to their competency level.
