Experience:
• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 12 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.
• Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.
• COVID booster required after submission. Declinations not accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience Recent acute care/hospital exp required to be considered
Preferred Skills/Experience: 1 year of clinical patient care experience (e.g., PCT, CNA, LPN) in an acute care setting, long-term care facility, or physician practice (preferred)
Required Credentials: LPN EKG exam is required (will not take medication portion of normal EKG exam)
Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Oxygen: Stable trachs, BiPAP, CPAP, High flow. No ventilators. Max O2 requirement is 6L.
Unit/Facility Details: 30 Bed Unit
MS/Tele unit with a primary focus on neurology.
Neuro/neurosurgical, cardiac, renal and med/surg. Post-cath without intervention, stable arrhythmias, post-pacemakers, syncope, and chronic renal failure.
Shift & Scheduling: Every third weekend, EOH
7 days maximum time off
2 references from last 2 years (Any reference type) - required for submission
