Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience with 12 months worked in the last 3 years.
• 3 months of Cerner experience is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

Special Requests: - An interview may not be available prior to offer. - Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. - Submission limit: Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility. - Holiday requirement: For Christmas, New Year’s, and Thanksgiving, work 2 days and an eve or 2 eves and a day (Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day).
Required Skills/Experience: - Reading basic telemetry strips, some experience with CVA and TIA, and total joint replacement experience. - RNs are required to interpret telemetry strips and sign at least once per shift. Set-rate Diltiazem/Cardizem drips only; no titratable drips. Equipment includes BiPAP, CPAP, and breathing treatments.
Required Credentials: - RN jobs in the following units: Cardiac Cath Lab, Electrophysiology, ED/ER, Endoscopy, any ICU/critical care, IR, LTAC ICU, Med-Surg/Tele, Tele, PACU, Stepdown/PCU are required to pass a Basic Dysrhythmia/EKG exam during onboarding. - Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
Shift & Scheduling: - 12-hour nights; every other weekend - Schedules are made out for 4 weeks. Self-scheduling is used but is not final until the manager balances the schedule. - Weekend requirement: 2 weekends per 4-week schedule.
Floating Requirements: - May float to East Campus and possibly PCU if qualified.
Previous Employment Requirements: - Eligibility as current/previous employee: Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months.
Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 14 days
