Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.
• Travel experience is required.
• Experience with Altera Digital Health a Harris Company is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple locations
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Hendrick Medical Center and no current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Hendrick Medical Center.

Additional Details:
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Unit Details: Adult and geriatric patient population. Med-surg diagnoses primarily. We do take TIA/CVA patients if appropriate for 1:5 ratio as well as peripheral caths. Does not accept cardiac patients such as ACS, NSTEMI, cardiac-related elevated troponins, cardiac cath with intervention, or patients requiring cardiac drips/insulin drips.
Shift & Scheduling: 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule.
Floating Requirements: Float between South and North campus as needed.
7 days maximum time off
2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months
Proof of identification required
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
