Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse - $1680 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 2 years of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

• Travel experience is required.

• Experience with Cerner is required.

• BSN completion preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Maryland license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• Flu vaccination required for submission. Declinations not accepted.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years. Cardiac monitoring, genitourinary/renal, and IV therapy/phlebotomy are required.

Required Credentials: You must have compact license or MD license.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Previous Charge Experience: Preferred Teaching hospital experience is preferred. Community hospital experience is preferred.

Special Requests: Manager may or may not interview. Clinician must be okay with this. If Clinician has questions, please email the AM. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Unit Details: Adult and geriatric patient population. Patient population includes med-surg, renal failure, sepsis, diabetes, hypertension, wound care, and chronic ventilation with trach/vent support.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend required (6-7). Every other holiday required.

Floating Requirements: Float required within units of equivalent or lower level of acuity.

7 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months
