Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse - $1860 per week.

Shift: 6:45 AM - 6:45 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 2 years of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license (required for submission).

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <75 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone who worked as Part-Time at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone who worked as Per Diem at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Required Credentials: Driver’s license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. Ascension EKG Exam required during onboarding; passing score of at least 80%, with only two attempts permitted, and updated every 3 years. Ascension Specialty Exam required during onboarding; minimum passing score of 80% or the national benchmark for the specialty, with only two attempts permitted, and updated every 3 years.

Special Requests: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position. In order to receive travel rate, the clinician’s claimed residence must match the address on the driver’s license.

Unit Details: Patient population includes some cardiac patients.
