Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse - $2080 per week.

Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 3 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

• 1 month of acute care experience.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Michigan license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: CBI is required. TURP is required. PCA is required. All plastics are required.

Preferred Skills/Experience: 2 years minimum experience preferred. Bariatrics preferred. Aneurysm preferred. EVD preferred. BiPAP preferred.

Unit Details: Patient population includes admits from D, trauma surgery, and general surgery. Open-heart cases are no longer performed. Patients include adolescents age 14 and older; parents must be present. No titratable drips. No CRNA is in house; an NP is available during the day.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. Every other holiday.

Floating Requirements: Will float to like units and lower-acuity units as needed.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years
