Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience:
• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 2 years of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience with 12 months within the last 36 months (3 years).
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as Part-Time at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as Per Diem at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you’re applying to.
Required Skills/Experience: Required experience or skills include nitroglycerin, insulin (may initiate and then transfer), low-dose dopamine, and dobutamine; these are rare on this floor and would be titratable within a small range.
Special Requests: An interview may not be available prior to offer. Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility. Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.
Unit Details: Patients include total joint cases, cardiac rule-outs, pneumonia, psychiatric patients, and general-surgery postoperative patients. RNs are required to titrate drips, including weight-based heparin. RNs read telemetry strips. Respiratory equipment includes CPAP, BiPAP, and high flow.
Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. Holidays rotate as needed. No call.
Floating Requirements: Travelers are first to float and, if needed, will float throughout Region II to St. Joseph Medical Center (Tacoma, WA), St. Elizabeth Hospital (Enumclaw, WA), and St. Clare Hospital (Lakewood, WA). Travelers can float to Med-Tele, PCU, or ICU to care for Med-Surg-acuity patients or patients in ER holding.
Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 14 days
2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months
