Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse - $2180 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience with 12 months within the last 18 months.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a New York license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: 1 recent year in this specialty is required. 2 years of U.S. work experience required for non-U.S. candidates.

Special Requests: Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Must take 12 months off from any University of Rochester Medical Center affiliate as well. Block schedule may be requested but is not guaranteed.

Unit Details: Patient population includes orthopedic, urology, ENT, general surgery, and other postoperative patients.

Shift & Scheduling: 1 weekend shift per week or 2 weekend shifts every other weekend. Must work at least 1 holiday per contract. Must be flexible according to the facility’s schedule.

Floating Requirements: Required to float to other units if needed.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months
