Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse - $2270 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 2 years of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience with any experience within the last 36 months (3 years).
• Experience with Epic is required.
• Trauma Level 1 experience is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - University of Wisconsin Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - University of Wisconsin Health.

Additional Details:
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Teaching hospital experience is preferred.
Unit Details: Adult patient population. Part of a transplant program offering kidney and live-donor kidney, pancreas, liver and live-donor liver, heart, lung, heart/lung, multiple organ, and pediatric transplant services. Provides specialized care to post-transplant patients with kidney, pancreas, liver, and auto renal transplants, including complications, rejection, and other medical issues. Provides comprehensive patient education and support throughout the transplant journey. Works with transplant recipients and living donors from all over the U.S. Collaborates closely with the transplant multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend and holiday rotation. Will accept 4x12s.

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
