Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse - $2640 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 3 years of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

• 3 months of Epic experience is required.

• Trauma Level 2 experience is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a California license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <75 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: 3 years of experience in a like facility is required. Dysrhythmia interpretation and management required.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Level I trauma experience preferred. Teaching hospital experience is preferred. Community hospital experience is preferred.

Special Requests: An interview may not be available prior to offer. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. One pre-approved RTO request is allowed. 7 days of RTO can be automatically approved outside of the blackout dates (Nov22-Nov30, Dec 21-Jan4).

Unit Details: Adult and geriatric patient population. Patients include medical-surgical and trauma cases.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. Candidates should be expected to be scheduled for 2 out of the 3 major holidays. The unit will need to schedule accordingly to the holidays they need most support.

Floating Requirements: Float to Tele and ED (med/surg pts) if needed.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
