Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse - $2660 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 2 years of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

• Travel experience is preferred.

• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Louisiana license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <75 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Interpretation/management of dysrhythmias and telemetry required. Post-surgical unit experience caring for post-surgical patients is required.

Special Requests: You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. Holiday blackout dates: 10,31; 11/26; 12/24; 12/25; 12/31; 1/1. These dates cannot be approved on this unit. Any holiday week RTO is likely to be denied. RTO must be <5 days or time must be added to the end of the contract.

Unit Details: Adult and geriatric patient population. Post-surgical patient population.

Shift & Scheduling: Flexible contract hours: 36/48 rotating or 48 hours per week. No call. Holiday requirement: Yes, at least 2 of 3 holidays.

Floating Requirements: You must be willing to float, work weekends, and generally just be very flexible.

4 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required
