Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse - $2940 per week.

Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 2 years of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Tennessee license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >100 miles from facility to be submitted.

• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Cardiac rhythm interpretation required.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Previous charge experience preferred. Pre/post thoracic surgery experience preferred. Colostomy/ileostomy care preferred. Central line blood draw preferred.

Required Credentials: BSN required for international clinicians.

Unit Details: Adult patient population. Contract RN/LPN team members are expected to actively participate in nursing student support and clinical education as Ballad Health prepares future nurses for the profession. Clinical nursing student education is expected in addition to and alongside clinical care practice in every nursing specialty at Ballad Health.

Shift & Scheduling: Available schedules: 36/36, 36/48, and 48/48. Every other weekend. No call.

Floating Requirements: Floating to other units when needed.

All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
