Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience:
• 18 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 18 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.
• 6 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required for submission).
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <80 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• 12 months between Staff at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program
• 12 months between Per Diem at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program

Additional Details:
Previous Employment Requirements: Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date.
Required Skills/Experience: Clinicians must have at least 18 months of permanent full-time staff experience in the specialty applying to prior to having ever traveled.
Required Credentials:
• Facility does not accept any license hits.
• NIHSS: AHA, Apex, AACME, or Bluecloud only. Healthstream Certs are not acceptable. Must be updated every year unless cert states two years.
• PBDS Assessment is waived. ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required. Traveler will receive 2 attempts maximum to pass, otherwise will be canceled.
• Nurses and CSTs are exempt from Nicotine Free Facility Requirements. Exemption is temporary and will be honored until further notice. All other travelers (aside from Nurses and CSTs) must be nicotine free. Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start. Must be updated annually.
Unit/Facility Details:
• One reference must be from the most recent place of employment.
• One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are required to qualify for submission.
• Facility has a strict Do Not Call Policy.
Shift & Scheduling: Traveler must work at least every other holiday.
7 days maximum time off
1 reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
