Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Missouri license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - BJC Health System and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - BJC Health System.

Additional Details:
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Credentials: Clinicians with RN degrees obtained outside the U.S. who do not hold a MO, IL, or compact license require an extended licensing and compliance timeframe.
Required Skills/Experience: Interpretation/management of dysrhythmias required. Acute medicine, tube feeds, oxygen titration, and total care.
Special Requests: Local candidates are not accepted; home address must be at least 75 miles from the facility. No medical marijuana cards accepted.
Unit Details: Adult patient population. Medical-surgical, post-interventional, neuro overflow, surgical overflow, and pre-/post-operative patients. High-risk, high-functioning, high-turnover, high-paced unit. Phlebotomy.
Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend required. No call. RTO: no more than 7 days.
Floating Requirements: Will float within service line; could work in another area on Sundays because the unit is closed on Sundays.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
