Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.
• Experience with Epic is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Pennsylvania license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• No current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Wellspan Health.

Special Requests: If you have more than 5 days of requested time off, time will be added at the end of the contract to ensure a full 13 weeks. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Unit Details: Adult and geriatric medical telemetry patient population. Dedicated unit for peritoneal dialysis patients. Telemetry monitoring for metabolic disorders, stable cardiovascular issues, renal concerns, GI bleeds, substance-withdrawal management, diabetes, and various respiratory conditions. May care for COVID patients. Tobacco- and fragrance-free facility.
Shift & Scheduling: RTO: Max 7 days. Every third weekend. Holidays as needed.
Floating Requirements: May be asked to float to rehab if needed.

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
1 reference required from within the last 12 months
Proof of identification required
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
